International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

St George provides IELTS preparation classes to assist students prepare for the IELTS examinations. IELTS is the most common measure of English language competency for entrance into New Zealand and Australian universities.

Business English is intended to prepare the candidate for competent interaction with business associates in the increasingly English language dominated world business environment. Our course is designed to:

 1. Develop skills and processes for meetings and discussions

 2. Develop skills for providing business information

 3. Develop good practice in using a telephone for business purposes

 4. Explore and use processes and conventions of business correspondence

 5. Develop socialising skills for different business purposes
